Every important document is on somebody's desk. But whoever needs it has to go first to the person who filed it. Or moved it.
Six services, and they usually come in this order: first we look at how the work actually moves, then we touch it.
We follow one order from arrival to invoice: who waits for what, what takes minutes to find, where it stops. Out of that comes the order we tackle things in.
AI goes into the systems you already have, not beside them in a separate window: data entry, quotes, correspondence. We also say where it does not belong.
Where there is no good off-the-shelf answer we build it: web front end, back end, integrations, a whole company system. If a build is already running, we join it.
Several of us are accredited ForgeRock (now Ping) instructors in IAM, and the AI training comes out of our own rollouts. Getting your team ready is part of the work, not a later invoice.

FyraSoft was founded by engineers and we work out of Budapest. We are small enough that whoever designs the work also builds it: the person who sold it is not replaced by a different team at rollout. If more hands are needed we call colleagues we have worked with.
Our background is software development, AI implementation, teaching and cybersecurity. We have worked in vehicle rental and servicing, nonprofit fundraising, marketing, and earlier on banking systems. Enough industries to ask about yours instead of bringing a template.

We do not price what we have not seen. We follow one order from the moment it arrives to the moment it is invoiced, and the plan comes out of that.
We say so when it is not worth it
If a simpler fix does the job, that is what we propose. Where AI adds nothing, we do not push it.

Whatever we build, we hand over: how it works, what you need to know about it, what to do when it stalls. Being locked to us is not the goal.
